• If you decide that you would like to proceed with treatment, the normal treatment fee will apply.

• There is no obligation to begin treatment.

• Chiropractic treatment will only commence where there is informed consent from the patient.

• Chiropractic treatment will only commence where there is reasonable clinical indication that treatment will be beneficial.
